Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Costs
• Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $999
• Orders under $999: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
• Express Shipping options are available for an additional fee

Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days(Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped
• Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods

Delivery Time
Standard Shipping:
• 3-5 business days for most US locations
• 5-7 business days for remote areas and Canada
Express Shipping:
• 1-2 business days (available for select locations)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Requirements
• Signature may be required for high-value orders
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery
• Packages cannot be left unattended without a signature
• Curbside delivery is standard; white glove delivery service is available for an additional fee

Assembly
All office chairs require simple assembly. Tools and instructions are included with your order. Assembly typically takes 15-20 minutes.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing:
